It mattered not, of course, that NOAA used grossly incorrect landing records in the case of some fishermen. Indeed, NOAA's record-keeping has proven so incompetent that even Kurkul has admitted in the past the data is flawed — and that her truly pathetic excuse for an agency has no means of fixing it.

They won't talk about the choice their federal agency, with national administrator Jane Lubchenco at the helm, has made to ensure, in Lubchenco's words, that a significant fraction of the fleet is driven out of business

There is a conspericy going on, right in front of the noses of the American people, and nobody notices.

The obama administration lies about jobs and small businesses.LIES!

You use the word conspiracy brings me back to a question I've had for some time .
How do we know , there isn't someone fishing in the area off limits .
If the bribe is large enough , all this can be planed out years ahead .
While an area could have been raped over 6 months ago . Then NOAA could go drag their nets across the same area , and say "see ", we told you so no fish
Then they can tell the fisherman they still have to stay out of that area . So it can recover .
You can correct me and my way of thinking . It's just a theory , with nothing to back it up with .

The fishstocks that are regulated,(13) are within 10% of being rebuilt to thirty year high, just like it was when a was a youg fisherman. This is a consperasy by the ENGOs,and the regional councils have two sitting fishermen out of 15. NEFMC is top heavy with EDF members, and Jane Was a vice president at EDF, and a Pew fellow. Pew spells Sunoco, backwards!lol

This is by design. They are doing what lubchenco said ,getting rid of fishing boats, which kills the infrastructure, and destroys the communitys that rely on them.

This is a four Hundred year old fishery. They create a tangible product to support the infrastructure, and NOAA/EDF INC. are f%ckin it up.

Reading and thinking about the figure 10% of being rebuilt to the thirty year high.
They've turned this figure upside down and feed the media lies . Saying we're fishing the
last 10% . This way they'll be able to control the thinking of the world .

The same has become true of the environmentalist and their lies . Mankind only add 3% of the carbon . While we've improved this figure from a hundred years ago and the thousands of years before then . A hundred years ago most every home depended on wood or coal to heat and cook . Society didn't come to a end then . Why are we so alarmed now ?
It's just a very large money game .

Just like the controls they're keeping on the fishing industry , they can keep telling their lies .
So I'm not sure you'll ever get out your words of truth . Jokingly , I'll say . Just like the adds we see and hear (Feed the children ) . Why haven't we heard about the same add ( Feed the Fish )
Save the fish . So there will be fish to feed tomorrows world .

With Earth Day they can still keep fear in millions of minds . When they get the Cap and Tax bill passed , they'll rack in trillions . While the problem is much smaller than they make it out to be .

To find ways to look and fix a problem . I look at others problems and compare . That is the reason I went into the other area .
