If you are in awe of huge waves, big surf, natures fury, or just an adrenalin junkie, this is a video of an American culture, phenomenal and breath taking, in some cases, literally.

My friend from Santa Cruz California sent me the link. He is one of these "Big Wave Surfers".

He is also an unwitting subject of NOAA Law enforcement. He and his buddy Jeff Martin, found themselves facing the Bureaucracy for a minor infraction, and if appealed, the fine went from $500 bucks to a possible, incredible$140,000 dollars!
